Performance characteristics
Designed and manufactured according to the testing principles established in QC/T794-2007 standards. The principle is based on the principle of capillary action. As long as air is measured to forcefully pass through the pores of the material being tested that have been wetted by a liquid, the liquid in the largest pore tube of the test piece is expelled by air. The pressure required for the first bubble to emerge from the pores is determined. Using the known surface tension of the liquid at the measured temperature, the maximum and average pore sizes of the test piece can be calculated using the capillary equation. Adopting advanced electronic technology, the parameters can be pre-set, and the large LCD screen displays the pressure value and automatically calculates the display aperture value. Each step of the operation interface has text prompts, making the operation simple. Print the aperture value of each test piece and the average value of a set of test pieces through a printer.
